Voting, voters, neo- cons

I'm a registered Democrat. That doesn't mean I agree or support the majority of the policies issued by that wing of our governing body. I find both political parties to be in bed with big business. Most politicians are pandering weasels who'd sell their mother if they thought they'd get more votes. I always laugh when I hear the term Ethics in connection with Congress. They're a bunch of dirty rotten scoundrels.

I despise George Bush so I'll be voting for John Kerry the next election, barring something weird happening and another candidate being selected. I don't necessarily think Kerry's a great choice, but at least he likes rock 'n' roll. Petty reason to like him, but then I think most voters pick candidates for much worse reasons, like whether the pres is a bible thumper.

I wrote on another board that neo-conservatives are fascist f*cks. They are cultural and military imperialists who feel the U.S. is justified in attacking other nations if they even have a POTENTIAL for harming U.S. interests. I've also learned that most of the neo-cons are what is popularly referred to as chickenhawks; folks who love to put servicemen and women at risk who have never served in the armed forces themselves. Talk about lower than a snake's belly.

I think the best use of neo-cons is cleaning up toxic or nuclear waste. We'd hope most of them would become sterile after cleaning up all the messes their policies have created.
